The Sri Lankan government has issued a travel advisory urging Sri Lankans to refrain from traveling to Lebanon and Syria due to the volatile situation in the region.
Sri Lankans currently in Lebanon and Syria are advised to remain vigilant, limit their outdoor movements, and stay in close contact with the Sri Lankan Embassy in Beirut and the Honorary Consul in Damascus.

Sri Lankan nationals are instructed not to travel to Lebanon and Syria until further notice due to the current volatile situation in the region.
